Is there a minimum or maximum budget per person?

We accept all budgets, however please note that if your budget is limited then we may not be able to include all of the desired activities. 

How many people are allowed to go on the Hen Party?

There is no limit to the number of attendees. 

Which locations to you organise Hen Parties to?

Currently we specialise in the UK, Ibiza, Marbella, Mykonos, Palam, Barcelona and Dubai. If your request is outside these locations, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate any request you have.

Is there a minimum age restriction?

All travellers must be over 21.

What is the cost to book through Ladies Who Hen?

There are no hidden costs or fees to book with Ladies Who Hen. We have great relationships with our suppliers and make our money through favourable rates, hence why we can remain super competitive with our pricing to our clients.

Do you book flights?

Unfortunately at the moment we are not able to book flights directly. However, we can give you an idea of costings and flight times if required. 

How much is the deposit?

Just £100 will secure your booking! We will then reach out to each attendee to collect a 30% deposit from each person using our payment collection platform GoCardless. Here we can also set up monthly direct debits for the remaining payments. By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you and the rest of your group, agree to our Terms & Conditions.

If you book with less than 8 weeks until your departure date, then the total monies owed will need to be paid upon booking. 

When is the full payment due?

Whether you opt to set up monthly direct debits, or want to pay the remaining balance in one transaction, the final monies owed will need to be settled up 8 weeks prior to the departure date.

Do you accept late Hen Party booking requests?

We do, however please note any booking made with less than 8 weeks until the departure date will require full payment upon booking.

What do I need to arrange before I travel?

You are responsible for ensuring that you and all other persons included in your group satisfy all passport, visa, travel insurance and health certificate requirements. 

We advise that you arrange adequate insurance to accommodate your party and their requirements for UK and overseas travel. It is important that you ensure that any insurance policy covers the duration of travel, the cost of cancellation by you and/or any member of your party, personal accident, medical and emergency evacuation, loss of monies and participation in your chosen activities. You should make sure that the insurance cover is suitable for your confirmed itinerary as some policies do not cover all activities so please check with your insurer before purchasing. You should also check that any activities organised outside of the arrangements with us are also covered.
