Kirstie, please can you tell us about this Hen Party?

16 Hens went to the fabulous St Tropez for 2 night in May. Our budget was approx. £500 which enabled us to do lots of brilliant activities.

We arrived on the Friday morning at Domaine du Golf Club and check into our accommodation. As there was so many of us we had to get 2 villas, the Golf club were very accommodating and gave us ones next door to each other.

The first day we went on a wine tasting to two different vineyards, this was a great ice breaker as we had a short tour of each and then were able to sit in the sunshine and have a drink and chat. The second vineyard was set in the ground of a huge manor house and we were lucky enough to be shown around – it was incredible.

We then headed back to the accommodation, where we had a chef come and make dinner for us, his name was Philippe and he was a brilliant chef, the food was delicious, we had numerous sharing platters and there were lots of lovely vegetarian options as well. After this we headed out to GAIO, where we had our own table and area.

The second day we booked beds at Nikki Beach and spent the day there, it was brilliant because when we arrived it was a chilled vibe picking up as the day went on.

What was the best part of the hen party?

The best part of the hen was the day at Nikki beach because we had crammed so many brilliant activities in on the Saturday, we were able to chill and spend time together.

What made you choose Ladies Who Hen to help plan this party?

I had been following Ladies who hen on Instagram for ages and was thinking about using them for my own hen do but because we were only a small group I didn’t feel the need to. So when I was organising this hen and originally it was over 20 people I knew it would be good to have some help.

What were the highlights of using Ladies Who Hen?

Definitely taking the stress out of collecting money of people

What were the difficulties you encountered?

None at all. I made everything a lot easier.

If you had any advice to give to future people organising a Hen – what would it be?

Keep it short and sweet, but jam packed with fun activities.
